
Corbett National Park Named after the British conservationist Jim Corbett, the Corbett National Park is the biggest conservation effort of India. Situated in the Uttrakhand and spread over 585 square kilometres, the National Park has about 100 tree species, 50 mammal species, 580 bird species and 25 reptile species. The wild animals living here include Tigers, Leopards, Sloth Bear, Himalayan Black Bear and the Jackal. The rivers near to park offer very good fishing opportunities for anglers.
