In the beginning of your tour we sign an agreement regarding responsibilities, and indemnity. We suggest that you read the terms and conditions thoroughly before signing it.
Our tours are specifically built as per your instructions. However, we do let you know of the climatic, living conditions, and amenities of a place. We take extra-care in making your visit slip-up free. You will be insured against loss of health and loss of life or limb on the tours. The premium of the insurance policy is paid by you after signing an agreement with us. However, we will not be responsible for damage, loss and pilferage of your personal belongings on the tour. All claims and litigation will be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
